  • Monthly: $300 per month

Basic Bookkeeping Package

• Description: Ideal for small businesses with basic bookkeeping needs and no payroll requirements.

• Services Included:

  • Monthly bank reconciliation

  • Financial statements (monthly or quarterly)

  • Income statement and balance sheet preparation

  • Quarterly tax filing reminders

• Maximum Hours: Up to 20 hours per month

• Price:

  • Monthly: $400 per month

Hourly rates are offered if you do not want to do monthly.

$25 per hour for Payroll Only subject to change

$30 per hour for Bookkeeping Only subject to change

Add-On & Special Services

• Additional Payroll Processing: $5 per employee per month (beyond 10 employees)

• QuickBooks Account Setup: $500 (one-time fee) - Payroll included: $750 (one-time fee)

  • Includes account setup, chart of accounts and initial 30 minute training session.

• Migration from QuickBooks Desktop to Online: $800 (one-time fee)

  • Includes data migration, system setup and initial 30 minute training session.

• Bookkeeping Cleanup: Starting at $1,000 (one-time fee)

  • Includes reviewing and correcting the previous year's transactions, reconciliations and financial statements. The final price depends on the extent of cleanup required and is determined after an initial assessment.
